This is a three bedroom two bath mobile home located in our Mobile Home community in Beautiful Dandridge… the 2nd oldest town in Tennessee. This home has new luxury vinyl flooring...Wonderful kitchen with tons of storage. The home has a stove and refrigerator. This home has a nice covered porch overlooking the Smokies…. There is a 4/5 person occupancy limit. We do not accept section 8. Each applicant over the age of 18 must do a credit/background check. This is a cost of $45 for each person. This fee is not paid to the landlord. It is paid directly to the company that does the screening! To get in the home it is the first months rent last months rent, cleaning fee and a $1000 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable upon move out, providing the home is left clean with no damages and all rent is paid.
