Three lovely roommates are looking for one more roommate to fill our four bedroom sunny Glebe house. We live on the ground floor of a beautiful century-old three story heritage house, which has been converted into apartments. The house has enough original features to give lots of character, but enough contemporary amenities to make it an enjoyable livable space. It’s a four bedroom place with one full bathroom (with jetted tub) and one half bathroom, full kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher and a big bright sunny living/dining room. We have a great front porch/deck for the summertime. The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk and dresser. The rent is $550 plus bills, which work out to be around $40-$60/month. We have decent internet but no cable. The location is right in the heart of the Glebe. It’s a one minute walk to Shoppers, three minutes to everything else. Bus stop to downtown/Carleton is only a 30 second walk away and parking is available too for $60 a month. A little about ourselves: We are three relaxed girls all in our mid to late twenties. We all work full-time and live busy lives. We really enjoy spending time together, but very much respect each other’s space. We don’t take each other too seriously. We’re happy to have drinks on the front porch together or veg out on the couch to watch cheesy movie.
