This house has over 1300 sf of living space, plus a 1 car garage with laundry area, plus a large fenced back yard with a large screened back patio. This house is located in the heart of Clearwater. Enjoy living close to Clearwater Beach and near downtown Dunedin, with easy access to Tampa via Hwy 60. This house is available for June occupancy. This house has tile floors throughout for easy care and cleaning. Large living room leads directly to kitchen and adjoining dining area next to the large bonus room. The kitchen has a full size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Both bedrooms have generous closets. The main bathroom includes decorative tile in the shower. There are two closets in the hall by the bedrooms which provide additional storage space. The 1 car garage has an automatic opener, and includes a second full bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer which have been provided for Tenant use. Enjoy sitting on the enclosed screened porch, or hanging out in the enclosed back yard. Newer central AC unit, plus ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms help keep you cool. First month rent of $2095 and $2095 Security Deposit are due at lease signing. We reserve the right to also require a last month rent. Our application fee is $75 per person. Be aware that this is a no smoking and no vaporizing unit - and we mean it! One small pet will be considered with fee, but no aggressive breeds are allowed.
