Three piece bathroom ( no tub). The bedroom area is not an enclosed room but it is made private with the use of a large room divider (this piece of furniture comes with the unit). Ceilings are full height, 2.5 metres everywhere except 2.2 meter under the duct work, with safe and sound insulation as well as a resilient channel and extra thick drywall so it is quiet for you and us. The laundry area, with full sized Washer & Dryer, are shared. The laundry room, entrance area is for your use. You will rarely see us, as we do our laundry when you are away. There is a small garden patio outside of the kitchen window for your use if you'd like. There is outside storage for things like bicycles and winter tires. Central Vacuum. A/C for the whole house. Heat Recovery Ventilation unit provides continuous fresh air. Water Softener to mitigate Milton's hard water. Located in Milton's heritage area in a completely restored century home short walking distance to downtown Milton's many restaurants, the Mill Pond walking trails, Rotary Park pool. The Sherwood Library and community centres is a few blocks away. The hospital is a walk-able distance too. The Milton bus to the GO station is at the corner. Looking for considerate and compatible tenants to share our home. The two of us adults live upstairs.
