Short-Term Furnished Rental. You'll Love this home! Cute 2nd floor condo in a quiet, convenient location. Easy access to beaches, Oldsmar, Clearwater, Tampa and Tarpon Springs. Unit is very clean and completely furnished. Security deposit $500, utility deposit $200. Rent includes, water, sewer, trash, basic cable and $100 worth of electricity per month. Rental is a three month minimum and association approval is required.
