It is located in the classical historical part of Quebec in the very calm neibourhood. The same time it is 100 m from famous rue Cartier, 500m from the Plains of Abraham and less than 1 km from the walls of old Quebec. We have enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is on the first floor, has balcony for the morning coffee. It is accessed by magnetic key and has an intercom. The inside of the house is like a modern hotel. On the roof there is a beautiful terrace with a BBQ. What a pleasure to sit there after work with a cuppa tea or a glass of red looking at the surroundings of Quebec. I'm a medical doctor and will be moving out in January (flexible dates). We have stayed in this apartment for 1.5 years and now will be moving to Montreal. - 2 bedrooms (master and a guest bedroom with queen size bed coming from the wall. I used it as study room most of the time). - All 5 appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) are included in the rent. - Underground heated parking is included in the rent also. - Hot water is included. Few furniture items are also included (bed that comes from the wall, two small tables). - Electricity and heating are not included. - When we moved in - we have bought all necessary furniture and can sell it to the incoming tenants for a symbolic price (modern king size bed with matress, sofa, study desk, kitchen furniture, etc). en francais: Quel bel appartement! Il est tout simplement moderne, neuf et confortable! Situé dans la partie historique de Québec, il est entouré d’un voisinage très calme. Il est également à 100 m de la célèbre rue Cartier, à 500m des plaines d'Abraham et à moins de 1 km des murs du Vieux-Québec. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour ici! L'appartement est au premier étage et possède un agréable balcon pour le café du matin. Il est accessible par une clé magnétique et possède un interphone. L'intérieur de l’immeuble ressemble à un hôtel moderne. Sur le toit, il y a une belle terrasse avec un barbecue. Quel plaisir de rester là après le travail avec une tasse de thé ou un verre de vin rouge en regardant les environs de Québec. Je suis médecin et vais déménager en janvier (dates flexibles). Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pendant un an et demi et allons bientôt déménager à Montréal. - 2 chambres : une chambre des maîtres et une chambre d'invité avec lit queen escamotable. (Je l'ai utilisé comme salle d'étude la plupart du temps). - Tous les 5 électroménagers (frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge) sont inclus dans le loyer. - Un parking souterrain chauffé est inclus dans le loyer aussi. - L'eau chaude est incluse. Quelques éléments du mobilier sont également inclus (lit escamotable, deux petites tables). - L'électricité et le chauffage ne sont pas inclus. - Lorsque nous avons déménagé ici - nous avons acheté tous les meubles nécessaires et pouvons les vendre aux prochains locataires pour un prix symbolique (lit moderne king size avec matelas, un canapé, un bureau d'étude, des meubles de cuisine, etc).
