There's about a half acre of available space that is considered to go along with this property. This rental also includes a workshop/garage space) and a separate office/studio space. Pets are OK (1 or 2) but tenant may have to place some type of kennel or fencing up to secure the pet. This is a shared property. There's another tenant in the main house (they are very nice). Cottage has a central heater and a wood burning stove. AC is a small unit in the bedroom only. Utilities that tenant is responsible for: Propane, Waste Management, Internet, PG&E (this is a shared bill with the main house...cottage pays 1/3 of the bill for the property). Property is on a well so no water or sewer fees. From Brunswick Rd, cottage is 2.2 miles up Idaho Maryland Rd.
