Living here felt like I was on a staycation every day. The Mason is this boujie little place with amazing amenities, newly rennovated. It is located just outside of Park City at the Mayflower exit. Right on the Jordanelle Reservior and right in front of the Jordanelle Gondola (a lift at Deer Valley). 60 seconds to the lake in the summer, 60 seconds to the lift in the winter.. can't get any better. Available now. Building amenities: Covered garaged parking with gated keypad security, bell carts, fitness center on the ground floor, game room with pool, foosball, air hockey and pingpong. In-house ski and snowboard shop on the first floor (Adventure Haus). Huge patio with bbq grills, tons of outdoor furniture overlooking the humungous pool with views of the Jordanelle and surrounding mountains. Three hot tubs that are a bit more secluded and heated year-round and no time restrictions. Huge lobby, mail service, laundry service (its like $2 per load) and public areas cleaning done by the building. They also take out the trash for you if you take your trash downstairs to the parking garage. There is additional parking on the street surrounding the building as well as a parking lot adjacent to the building, you can park trailers and boats out there as well. I lived there for two years and only twice did I come home late at night to find the parking garage full. Unit Amenities: Super large ADA (handicap accessible) bathroom. Full kitchen with full size fridge, gas range, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All appliances are included. Small dining area, just a table and two chairs. Big sofa sleeper couch, hutch/coffee table for more storage, in front of a nice gas fireplace that puts out a ton of heat. Above the fireplace you have a TV. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to a private balcony with two patio chairs and a table that look out to the mountains at Deer Valley. Your view is of the Mayflower and Jordanelle runs at Deer Valley. From there, you have a separate bedroom with a bed and bedframe already in there. Its a queen so if you want to replace with your own king that is ok by me. The room also has a big armior that has a good amount of storage for clothes as well as has a TV in it. Utilities: $200/mo usually - see below for what is included Internet - provided by the Lodge - super fast, I stream and game with it with no problems or lag.
