The basement is unfinished with washer/dryer hook-ups. The back yard & patio is private & fenced. One assigned spot in the detached garage. Driveway parking spots are shared with neighboring unit. Only 2 vehicles allowed. Pet friendly. Cats and small dogs welcome (less than 40 lbs). Limit 2 pets. $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for gas/electric/water/sewer. Trash is included. Lawn/snow maintenance is included. No smoking allowed. $40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score. Minimum credit score (Experian*) of 600 required. *Please note, Experian scores are typically slightly lower than Transunion and Equifax scores. 12-month lease required. Income requirement - gross monthly income at least 3x the rent.
