We have 1 room opening up on February 15th, and another room opening up on April 1st. We'll be sharing the upper floor in a large house with 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 common bathroom, a laundry room shared with the couple living downstairs, a lot of kitchen and living room space, we're close to bus route 321, and have space for parking on the street or in driveway. The house is located very close to King George and 60th ave. A young couple will be staying with you in one room, and the man is working in Alberta most of the time, women, and couples are preferred. Rent is $400 / month, plus utilities, so more like $500 a month, depending on things. Super high speed Shaw internet and cable is provided, and we can happily install cable into your room for you. No drugs, no pets (we have bunnies that are kept on the patio in the back), we may ask for references. Availability is February 15th, and again April 1st. Rent is paid on the 15th every month, so if you move in April 1st, you'll be paying half months rent upfront, and a full month on the 15th, and going from there.
