Very close to Granville Island, easy to cycle or walk to Kitsilano. Close to bus stops (UBC and Downtown) and Olympic Village Sky Train station. Perfect location for staying active with easy access to the seawall for running and cycling. Multiple grocery stores within walking distance (No Frills, Whole Foods, Safeway, Save on Foods). The larger bedroom in the pictures is the one that is available. In-suite washer + dryer. The living room and both bedrooms come furnished (including Smart Lighting). Living room includes large TV and a sound system. High-speed internet included, bike storage room in building. Smoke-free building. LGBTQ+ friendly. PETS ALLOWED (with some restrictions due to strata rules). Parking available for a nominal fee. The place will be shared with an upper year student attending UBC (female, 27 years old) and her cat. She is looking for a flat mate who is respectful, easy going, clean and tidy. The apartment is very competitively priced compared to similar listings in the Fairview neighbourhood (also considering the room and apartment come furnished).
