Monthly Lease/Tenant-at-Will- Reduce up front costs with First Month's rent up front, plus a Security Deposit Insurance Policy w/$6000 minimum coverage..... OR..... First + Last + Security = $6000 up front Tenant responsible for all utilities other than water supply, sewer, and BAGGED household trash/recycling removal up to the quantity that fits in the city barrels weekly. NO APPLICATION FEES! Message us and an application link will be sent to you. Showings are by appointment for qualifying applicants only.
