That's why we're proud to be pet-friendly! We have a spacious, 30,000 sqft yard shared between 2 units. Located just outside of Jefferson City, our unit offers the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. Enjoy a five-minute commute to Carson Newman University, as well as easy access to shopping and dining in-town. Lease Terms: 1) Premises is NOT furnished. Basic appliances, such as fridge and dishwasher, are provided. 2) W/D hookups located in basement, below Premises. 3) Electric and Water are an additional $300/month charge, to be due with Rent each month. 4) Premises is on septic tank. Special care is to be taken with regard to disposal of waste through interior drains. 5) Garbage collection is not provided. It is the responsibility of Tenant(s) to dispose of garbage. 6) Pets are allowed, including cats and dogs of any size. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required per Tennessee Code 68-6-103. Pets must be kept indoors at night. 7) The unit is non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking and vaping are allowed in outdoor, well-ventilated areas. 8) There is to be a maximum of four (4) persons on the lease at any given time. 9) Subletting is not allowed. 10) Flexible Lease term lengths- default is month-to-month with 6 and 12 month terms available upon request. 11) Renter's Insurance is required for each Tenant.
