THREE-bedroom duplex freshly painted with new flooring. Two car garage with automatic opener. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to highway 49 with plenty of shopping and places to eat. The front yard and backyard are well manicured and is a very nice size for a family of four. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet along with bathroom. Tenants are responsible for utilities, cable and lawn upkeep. No big dogs or pets. The only pet we allow is one (1) small dog 40 pounds or under. We expect the outside and inside of the property to be maintainted as well as when you moved in.
