EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION All occupants will need to make 2 times the amount of rent per month, after taxes. • Please include four of your most recent pay stubs for verification. • If you are beginning a new employment position, please submit a letter of employment intention. • Military applicants may submit their 4 most recent LES. • If you are self-employed, please provide a copy of last year's tax documents or 6 months of recent bank statements; and a current Profit and Loss Statement. • We can also send verification of income if we feel the proper information has not been provided.
