We are currently awaiting a window to arrive for replacement in the unit as well. Take a right on Pendleton from Fairview and then an immediate left on the first shared drive, follow all the way to the end to 1337 1/2 for the direct route to the unit. Rent: $600/month Deposit: $600 Pet Deposit: $200/pet (limit 2) Application Fee: $45/adult We do not advertise on, Facebook Marketplace, Letgo, or Socialserve - you are being scammed. Minimum 12 month lease term. All adults over 18 must apply, and you must view the property prior to applying.
