Laundry with washer dryer included in laundry closet within the second bathroom. Off-street parking with rear alley access and private gate and driveway or park on street in front. Very close to shopping, churches, buses, downtown St Pete. Dogs negotiable with additional deposit and registration. Fencing, gates, shed, patio furniture are for convenience use only and not warrantied for repair as part of rent. This home was not flooded in the hurricanes. North Shore Elementary, John Hopkins Middle, St. Pete High school districts. Each adult occupant will need to sign the lease and undergo individual application checks for background criminal, eviction, credit, landlord and income verification. No Co-signers. Application fee $105 per adult. Renter's Insurance required.
