We are Pam and Ron from Maine, and we take pride in our Florida home. We are looking for someone to enjoy our vacation getaway and treat it like their own. This will be perfect for winter snowbirds, those looking for a change, anyone needing to relocate to for a few months. Sunset Beach is a 5 - 10 min bike ride away, and the famous Sponge Docks with award winning Greek cuisine is also nearby. Tampa Airport is 25 miles away, and Disney World is 90 miles. Tarpon Springs is truly an amazing place, with nearby golf courses, beaches, doggie park, monkey zoo, and the incredible Pinellas Bike Trail! The house comes FULLY furnished with weekly pool service and all yard care included. There are comfortable beds (brand new KING bed in the master bedroom!), a nice dedicated laundry room with newer appliances, also a workbench, kayaks, beach chairs and bikes to enjoy in the spacious garage. Pets are welcome! Our house is available April 1, 2026 and a 6 month MINIMUM lease is required, but we are very flexible beyond that. Electric and water/trash not included, but everything else is! We are really looking for the right people to love our home and take good care of it like we do. Bathroom in middle of house has 2 sinks, tub/shower and nice tile. Fantastic and very big, private backyard with immaculate pool and tiki hut, lanai and large deck. The backyard is truly the best in the area! Lots of outdoor furniture, a grill and a new “griddle”, bikes and kayaks to use. Near awesome beaches, the Pinellas Bike Trail, renowned Greek Sponge Docks, doggy park and great golf. We are Ron and Pam from Maine, a builder and a nurse, and we are looking for someone to love our fully furnished home as we do! Available April 10, 2025, 6 month MINIMUM rental. Can be much longer. All yard work, pool service, AC maintenance, irrigation service and insect control included but tenants pay for electric, cable/internet and utility bills.
