This large two bedroom bungalow is in good condition on a huge lot close to IU. Easy and quick to get to the IU bus Lot at the stadium or to downtown. The 6 bus stops in front of the house every 20 minutes. There are mature trees, awesome large fenced back yard and space for extra parking. Partial basement for storage.
