A great deal for the neighbourhood. Apartment features: Available room has a little bay window, closet and can come furnished with queen sized bed, desk, chair and/or other. Downtown living on quiet street: Steps to Spring Garden rd., buses, Pete’s Frootique, groceries, Dal, SMU, etc. are all just steps away. Furnished, but room for a couple of your items Lots of light Back deck and access to yard Shed for bikes, rough storage Wood floors throughout Open kitchen 2 floors on 2 top floors of building. Clawfoot tub Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove and fridge Utilities like Wifi, ht/hw, electricity are extra. The totals vary month to month, but each person could expect to budget roughly: 25$/mo for internet (if you are a student and we get student rate), 20$/mo for water. It’s a quarterly bill that’s about 120$ for 3 mos. 20$(summer)-100$(for super peak winter cold)/mo for electricity+heat. It’s a bi-monthly bill that varies a lot pending usage. Things you should know: The fireplaces don’t work - but candles in them are fine. It’s an old building and there have been some mice spotted. Tenants should be respectfully quiet.
