September lease - Immensely charming 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, unfurnished house. This house has all of the charm you could desire, starting with it's arched front door. There is one bedroom on the first floor, along with the 1st full bathroom the common living areas, with a large screened in porch on the back. The 2nd floor has the remaining 3 bedrooms, 2nd full bathroom and a nice linen closet. There is free laundry in the basement, a couple of free parking spaces off of the shared driveway that we pay the snow removal on. Tenants pay all utilities. Maximum Occupancy: 4 No Pets Allowed
