Single family home with heated pool for winter or long term rental. Large screened in porch. This is a true walk to everything. There is a shared homeowners park with beach, dock and boat ramp. What I like about it: This is a QUIET street with five homes and great neighbors. You don't need a car as you can walk or bike to everything, and FREEBEE everywhere else. Kayaking or boating to Cheeca Rocks is a great time, but there are so many great things to do on this island. Sunrise on the beach each morning is a must. Afternoon is a nice breeze on the beach to relax and unwind. House can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
