There is also an enclosed sun porch and off-street parking available. Rent: $800 per month Utilities: Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The owner will cover up to $200 toward the quarterly water, sewer, and trash bill. Any amount over $200 will be the tenant’s responsibility.
