Without a doubt, the most unique apartment we have offered to date! All utilities are also included! The only caveat to this unique apartment is: The Electrical breaker box is located within this apartment for the rest of the building. We would need to have access to it at a moment's notice, in the case of a power outage in any of the other units. Please take this into consideration. Entertainment and shopping within walking distance.
