There is a full sized washer and dryer with a small dining or living room just off it. The qualified tenant who rents this home will be responsible for snow and ice removal in the winter and lawn care in the summer. On top of rent, the tenant will pay for gas, electric, water and refuse. The owner will agree to rent to someone who has up to two pets (no more than that) if you have great references to include DAILY waste cleanup. At this time, the owner is keeping the detached garage for personal use and is NOT available and not apart of the rental. A qualified tenant will: Make at least $3200/month take home pay. Have a max occupancy of 3 people. This is a non smoking home. Have no more than 2 pets. Be able to keep up on lawn maintenance and ice/snow removal. Have no more than 3 vehicles.
