Tenant responsible for Town of Taos Water and Sewer, WM Trash, NM Gas and Kit Carson Electric. Kit Carson Fiber Optic internet is included. This home is being represented by Digs Property Management; minimum 1 year lease; deposit equal to one month's rent due at lease signing; first and last month's rent due at move in, no exceptions.
