Once approved, a non-refundable Lease Admin/Technology Fee of $125 due by lease start/move-in date will apply. Pets are allowed but no more than 2 with a $250 refundable deposit for each one. Max size 50 lbs. Pet screening is required (additional fee). NO trampolines, fire pits, or above ground pools permitted. A driver’s license or state issued photo ID is required before you can take a tour. We qualify everyone equally and approval is subject to: A full background and credit check. There is not a specific credit score required, but 580+ is preferred. We will check for previous evictions and a verifiable rental history. A gross income of at least 3 times the rent required to qualify. $55 application fee per adult (18+) living in the home. Each adult must fill out a separate application. Applications are processed in the order received.
