The primary bedroom has an en-suite bath with a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, water closet and walk in closet. There is a guest bedroom, full guest bath, open office and laundry room. The attached two-car garage has elevated storage. The fully fenced backyard has a covered patio with gas fireplace and an uncovered paver patio with a gas firepit with brick wall seating all around. Monthly landscaping is included in rent. HOA: Quailwood – HOA rules and CC&R’s apply. The Resident has access to the clubhouse/community kitchen and fitness/exercise center. One time Access Card fee when you register to use the facilities. The golf course is public. Heating: Forced gas. Cooling: Central A/C and ceiling fans. Appliances include: refrigerator, built-in microwave, gas range/oven, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer (electric). Utilities Resident pays for: Electric - APS. Natural Gas - Unisource. MOVE IN COST AND PROCESS Step 1. Start Your Due Diligence Review all of the terms (price, pets, etc.). Check out the photos. Watch the virtual tour. Review the availability date, make sure it works for your timeframe. If the property says it is available now, you must move in within 5 days. If the property has an availability date listed, your move in date will be the date that is listed. Investigate the Home Owners Association (if applicable). Make sure their rules work for you.
