Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home!! - Beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Southwest Plantation featuring nice, covered front porch. Spacious living room with fireplace, huge kitchen with island and all the appliances. Upstairs master suite features trey ceiling and large walk in closet. Master bathroom features double vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. Three additional spacious bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Large patio overlooking the tranquil backyard. 1-2 pets are negotiable with nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Separate $25 pet application required per pet (if applicable), no charge for service/support animals. Nonrefundable pet fee is determined by score on pet application ($300, $350, or $375). WE DO NOT RENT SIGHT-UNSEEN, NO FACETIME OR SKYPING ALLOWED. $40 nonrefundable application fee per applicant, everyone over the age of 18 must apply. No Co-signers. Upload pic ID and 30 days of pay stubs or recent LES if military.
