Housemates wanted to share Sunny Renovated Farmhouse 2 miles from Downtown Belfast, next to the Ocean River and the fabulous new walking/biking/skiing trail to town. We are a couple in our 40s with a young daughter. We are friendly, conscientious, healthy, primarily paleo eaters, good communicators, generally quiet but enjoy liveliness, too. We have gardens, a greenhouse, fruit trees, large yard and kayaks to share. We are a looking for long-term compatible housemates but are open to temporary folks as well. 2 shared baths, wifi, low cost laundry. Heat and utilities included. No smoking, drugs. We use natural products for cleaning and hygiene, have a cat, don't have a tv or microwave. Partial barter possible for home maintenance, gardening, childcare, etc, with the right situation.
