Beautiful original hardwood flooring is used throughout the majority of our units. Lawn Care, maintenance, and pest control are all included in the monthly rent. **Please Note : -We are not accepting Section 8 at this time. -We require a monthly income of 3X Rent for our applicants.** Pet Policy: (If applicable) - We allow up to one pet under 30 pounds per home. - We charge a one-time Pet Move-In Fee equaling $250 and Pet Rent equaling $25 per month.
