Cozy little apartment with 2 bedrooms (located upstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms. $800 a month, that includes water, trash, pest control, maintenance and lawn care. This unit has stainless steel kitchen appliances. This unit also has a washer and dryer, however we will not maintain them, it is simply in unit for convience. NO PETS and NO SMOKING. We do require first and last months rent as well as a $700 security deposit, totaling $2300 due at lease signing. Must be able to pass a background check and meet income requirements of a monthly bring home income of $3200 for your household.
