The living room has one recliner, one couch with 2 built in recliners, and a smart TV. Ample outdoor deck spaces for entertaining. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Southern exposure! Two person hot tub to watch the beautiful sunsets in. Located in the Knolls Subdivision (one way in and out). Thos home is located on a dead end street. So there are only 2 neighbors past house. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Modern wood stove for those chilly nights. Baseboard heat in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Soleus low profile/low noise AC units in the bedrooms, and a mini split AC/heating unit for the living room/dining room/kitchen. Pets are negotiable with a refundable pet deposit. Large dogs and certain Breeds are not allowed. Yard has an Invisible Fence around the perimeter. Collars can be purchased through the Invisible Fence Company.
