This home is a cozy yet functional ~500 sq. feet (bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen) and features hardwood floors, private fenced yard, off-street parking, and charming details such as a bay window and fold-out ironing board. Kitchen has full size fridge and range. No on-site laundry but only two blocks from laundromat. Off-street parking in driveway. Tenants pay all utilities and garbage. Water is on shared meter and tenant will be billed by CCPM to Tenant Portal for 1/5th of monthly water bill. Electric is on individual meter to be put in tenant's name. One pet OK that meets CCPM Pet Policy requirements w/ additional $300 deposit and $25 Pet Rent Renters Insurance Required. Applications will be accepted between beginning Feb 12th, 2025 until rented. If you are an applicant with limited English proficiency, you are entitled to submit a request for an additional 24 hours to provide you with more time to seek language assistance services for the purpose of complying with the Landlord’s screening and application requirements
