Rental price for 2 occupants; additional occupants may be added to lease for additional utility fee. Pets welcome upon approval with non-refundable fee due at lease signing and monthly pet rent. Pets must be spayed/neutered, house trained, and vet records submitted to property manager. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside. Please note: steep driveway leading to complex.
