This is paid to landlord to cover these services in addition to base rent. Residents are responsible electricity expenses outside of the utility package. Washer/dryer hookups available. 2 parking spaces adjacent to building reserved for this unit. This unit is part of a complex with 3 units on a private hillside with a shared yard. Pets welcome upon approval with non-refundable fee due at lease signing and monthly pet rent. Pets must be spayed/neutered, house trained, and vet records submitted to property manager. Pets must be on leash at all times when outside. Please note: steep driveway leading to complex. Price is for 2 occupants. Additional occupants may be added with an increased utility package rate. No smoking. Pets must be house trained and cannot be left unattended while outside. Two reserved parking spaces for this unit. Applicants must show proof of total household income greater than 3x monthly rent and credit scores greater than 600, proof of student loans, or co-signers must meet financial requirements. $30 application fee required for each adult $100 cleaning fee
