The Preserve at Grayton offers 2 community pools, lighted tennis courts, ping pong, workout facility and private deeded beach access nestled along Big Red Fish Lake. You won't have to drive and find parking. Just enjoy our Boardwalk through the nature preserve right down to the beach (10 minutes). Amazing location in between Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach with all the privacy of Point Washington State Forest surrounding the neighborhood. The west end pool is heated during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and as needed starting March 1st. This beach house is just with the Doctor Ordered! Upon entering DoctorsOrders30a, you are greeted with a large, open space. The kitchen, dining, living room are airy and inviting with plenty of seating on the large sectional, large dining table and the huge kitchen can host multiple chefs and seat eight around the bar. You can even expand the large open main floor into the open air of the furnished front porch (perfect for coffee time, reading or an apres beach cocktail), or BBQ on the back porch. There is a powder room for first floor guests to use. Also on this floor is a king master suite with spectacular master bathroom with a separate tub and shower. 2nd floor has a second living area, great for kids to watch movies or play games, or can be used as an office. Just hook your Notebook up to the large computer monitor, or your gaming console to the large TV. The second floor also has 2 large covered porches on the front and back. There's also a second king master suite with a separate tub and shower. Two additional queen bedrooms are on this floor that share a full bath. We have a utility room with full size washer and dryer in the middle of the second floor. On the 3rd and final floor there is a custom built bunk room, with a half bath. This room has 2 twin over full bunk beds. There is also a sitting area for the kids to watch movies or play games on the huge smart TV.
