Washer/dryer is as-is, left as a convenience. Lawn maintenance is included. Limited pets allowed-owner approval required. Fireplace for decoration only, cannot be used. Tenant pays $125 processing fee. Application is $75 anyone over 18. A rental application guide and a sample lease will be provided by the showing agent.
