This is a perfect property for a home office, massage/bodywork or art studio in the separate guest house. It has nice light and is very private. This is a well cared for home. The Casa Alegre neighborhood is close to biking trails and ten minute walking distance to Frenchie's Park through quiet, residential streets. It is a desirable and central area with many beautiful trees. The main house has original hardwood floors throughout with tile in the bathrooms and natural gas forced air heat. It has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a covered porch in the front entry which looks onto a private yard with mature trees and a tall coyote fence. There are three separate gated and fenced yards on the property. The guest house has a new energy efficient electric baseboard heater, a full size refrigerator and gas stove with a small kitchen area. It has a full bath as well. It has double pane windows all around with good light and the largest window looks out onto the garden. There is a tall fence and gate for privacy from the main house. The property is completely fenced and it has fruit trees, Roses, Honeysuckle and Lilacs among other perennials, with a raised bed for a garden. There is a wonderful Box Elder between the two houses. The trees on the property are home to many birds. This is an eco friendly home so no fragrances, smoking or chemical products please. Thank you. Prefer six a month, but will consider a year lease.
