This new construction home is located in the quiet community of Apple Crossing near Gentry, Arkansas, and it has everything you need in a rental. The kitchen features a stove, microwave, dishwasher, custom cabinets, a stainless steel fridge, and vinyl flooring that extends throughout the home, which means NO carpet whatsoever. The backyard includes a relaxing covered patio and a spacious grass backyard. WE’RE INVESTED IN YOUR FUTURE - With AMRR, you can take full advantage of our homebuyer program and earn up to $5,000 towards the future purchase of a new home. We also report all on-time rental payments to the credit bureaus, which can have a huge positive impact on your credit score. Length of lease can typically be between 12 and 24 months. Application fees are normally $50 per application. But if you complete a scheduled showing (in person or virtual) with one of our leasing agents, you become eligible to receive a $25 application. Those who do not meet our normal renting criteria could still qualify through the guarantors program we offer. Utilities are ALWAYS the responsibility of the tenant, unless otherwise advertised. Tenants are also responsible for all lawn care and maintenance during tenancy.
