Older triplex at a great location with off-street parking, washer/dryer, and sprinkler system. Water/sewer/garbage and summer lawn care included. Floor AC units provided. Cats and small breed dogs allowed. $300/per pet nonrefundable deposit and $25/mo pet rent; maximum 2 pets allowed. Management reserves the right to accept or deny any pet.
