Pared with a cozy living room area, perfect for displaying your furniture. Bedrooms are built for minimum storage, for the simple people out there. We have kept the charm of this building and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Utilities included are water, sewage, and gas. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit being $400 pending approval. The deposit is subject to change pending results of the background check. Pet Deposit: $300 Monthly Pet Rent: $35 To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. The Square footage our units is approximate.
