These properties have large yards so you do have your own space one building is backed up next to the creek where ducks come to feed. Locking Storage rooms available at each home. Near shopping, NNU, Nampa Rec Center and parks. Lawn is tenants responsibility however they do have sprinkler systems. Tenant is only responsible for power. Water, sewer and trash are covered in the rent. We can do walk throughs daily. We have 1 ready now we will have another 2 in April maybe sooner.
