Available March 1 (negotiable with pro-rated rent), $550/month + utilities (non-negotiable) Three fun folks (females) in their twenties and thirties are seeking a roommate (male or female) to fill a fourth bedroom. The house is next to Brown's observatory, which is across the street from the East Side YMCA, up the street from the Rochambeau library, and a quick 10 minute walk to Whole Foods. We're conveniently located for Brown students -- 15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes on a bike, and the bus stop is less than a block away. It's a quick drive to I-95 and a short walk/bike ride to the train station. As a house, we share utilities, chores and some food. We like to throw dinner parties, to BBQ, hang out on the porch, etc. There's also a small park area next door for sitting in the sun when the weather is nice. Our landlord is very responsive, and the house is well-kept and tidy. You'll love living here! Features of the room: • hardwood floors • two windows with lots of light • 2-sets of built in drawers with storage • 2 large windows with shades • walls you can paint if you'd like! Other attractive features of the house include: • working wood fireplace • hardwood floors • formal dining room with china cabinets • free washer/dryer in the basement • dishwasher • disposal • spacious porch • compost system • free parking • guest room in the attic • storage in basement and possibly attic • wireless internet, cable tv, Wii game system, Netflix streaming • #42 bus line on the corner • SafeRide accessible for Brown and RISD students Are you mature, accepting, responsible and interested in a respectful living situation?
