It's a perfect retreat for anyone looking to experience the best of New England. Just steps from the ocean, enjoy the modern comfort, front porch, and back yard. Ledge on Green is well-appointed with a modern kitchen, cozy living room, and two-bedroom suites. The first floor has a twin bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Walk out to the sunporch to the dining area with seating for 6. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, and a desk. Utilities included with the exception of cable. First, last and a nonrefundable move in fee equal to 15% of one month's rent due at signing. No smoking. No pets. No events or parties.
