It is a less than 5 minute walk to the University of Maine campus. Within walking distance of a small grocery store, laundromat, bagel and donut shop as well as directly next to The Orono House of Pizza. 5 Minute walk from a gas station and Dunkin Donuts. Heat, water, sewer and trash are paid for by landlord. Tenant will be responsible for electricity, internet and cable. Appliances included are an electric stove with attached oven. A refrigerator with a freezer. A toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a Brita filter. The apartment is fully furnished and ready for move in.
