Covered parking for one car, with additional driveway space. Quiet, residential neighborhood with nearby single-family homes. Staircase inside building. Other unit occupied by quiet long-term tenant. Cats are welcome. Dogs are welcome as long as someone will be primarily home with them. We charge a pet fee of $125 per pet. There is a $150 cleaning fee. We require first month's rent, security deposit, cleaning fee and pet fees at lease signing. We accept credit card payment for rent, with a 3% processing fee.
