I have three cats, so if you aren't feline friendly, this isn't the place for you. Also, for this reason, no applicants with cats, please, and I'll be very picky if you have a dog (ie: max one, must have good manners, be cat friendly, and impeccably trained), and really prefer that you have no pets at all. The bedroom has brand new carpet, a closet, and a large window looking out onto an undeveloped greenbelt. The bathroom is yours for the most part, but is also the one that guests to the house have access to, so it needs to stay clean. You'll be able to park in one of many dedicated spots. I have wifi, but if you want satellite or cable, you'll have to take care of that on your own. I am a 20 year old (female) student, and I work in healthcare as a CNA. I am pretty easy going, have a good sense of humor, and like to nerd out every now and then. The ideal candidate will be courteous, have a good sense of humor, and level with me on matters of keeping the house clean. I'm not obsessive about the cleanliness of the house, but I'd like you to clean up after yourself and participate in household chores on a regular basis. I have a really great boyfriend of three years who is around often, so you'll need to be ok with that, as well as us having friends over, sometimes late at night (we can be quiet if you're sleeping. We weren't raised by wolves!). If I could find somebody who meshes well with my group of friends, that would be an added bonus for all, so please expect to meet with me at least once before we proceed with anything, and be open to answering lots of questions! There is a $40 "application fee" that I'll give back to you if we proceed and move in together, and it covers a background, credit, and eviction check. Can't wait to hear from you!
