The room is cute, and, has a little crawl space opposite the bed. It's medium sized and can come with a mattress/frame. It can also be unfurnished. The area: -Commercial drive is a great area: nice restaurants/safe neighborhood -Close to bus stops -15 minute walk to skytrain -Easy to meet East Van friends The space: -Private room sharing the communal space with ONE person only (less mess/human drama) -Singles only (no couples or pets) -Better suited for those with a minimal volume of items as kitchen and living room is furnished -Bathroom is shared (and, clean) -Chill home intended for working, reflection, sleep and creative pursuits -Not a party house: healthy and welcoming home -Guests welcome in moderation and in communication with each other -Unfortunately, no laundry/communal storage, however there are lots of laundromats nearby and one is 5 minutes away on foot (errands done while laundry going!)
