Built in 1937, this charming 1,722 sqft home features a mix of hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and slate flooring throughout. Inside the home you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, a large sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a main level bedroom with built-ins and a private full bath. Upstairs consists of two generous bedrooms, and a full hall bath. A full-size washer and dryer are provided. An attached 1-car garage and driveway parking are available. Additional street parking is located right in front of the home. The home is cooled by window ac units, and has radiator heating for the colder months. Renters are responsible for the lawn care and all utilities. Occupancy is limited to no more than 3 unrelated individuals. No undergrads allowed.
