Beautiful huge country home. This farm house is on the corner of 23 Mile Road and Division, located in Marshall. The property has a huge kitchen with double oven, and cook surface, dishwasher, garbage disposal and lots of counter space, which lead into the very large kitchen and this open floor plan leads to the living room. There is one bedroom on the main floor along with a full bathroom. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms, the primary bedroom is about 12 x 20 with a walk in closet and the another bedrooms a good size all with a nice closet, the 2nd full bathroom is also upstairs. There is also a hallway storage closet. There is a basement with storage racks, and the mechanicals. There is an attached 2 1/2 car garage that leads into a mudroom, which has washer and dryer hookups, laundry sink and a large storage closet. The large yard looks out over the farm fields in every direction, this property is very isolated and has no close neighbors. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, the house has a well and septic system which does require the tenant to rent water softener. This property has propane for the heating system. Large country farm home, huge yard, isolated from neighbors. House is modern and updated.
